The average cost of a quality language course in Germany is around 700 euros per month. The final price depends on the length of the course: the longer the course, the lower the cost per month.
Do I need a blocked account for a language visa?
Yes, visa approval requires blocked account. The amount is calculated on the basis of €1,091 per month for the entire duration of the language course.
Do I have to leave Germany after completing a language course?
No, you do not need to leave Germany. If you are in Germany on a language study visa, you can apply for a residence permit for study, work or self-employment without having to reapply for a visa from abroad.
Can I work during a language course?
Yes, you are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during your language course in Germany.
