what's a uni-assist?
Uni-assist was founded in 2003 and is a non-profit organization whose tasks include processing foreign applicants' documents and sending applications directly to universities.
Do I need a uni-assist?
Depending on the school you choose, you will need to use a uni or your application will not be processed.
You can find out if you need uni-assist on the university websites in the department with information for international applicants.
how much do uni-assist services cost?
uni-assist states that the fees charged correspond to the actual costs of processing the documents.
The payment for the first university will be 75€ + 30€ For each subsequent university/study.
If you have to reapply the following semester, the fee for the first university will again be as follows 75€.
Payment for services is possible by bank transfer or Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
what documents do I need to send?
Regardless of the number of universities you choose, you will only need one set of documents in accordance with the universities' requirements.
Most often, the application packet should include:
- educational credentials;
- translations of educational documents;
- certificates proving language skills;
- biography in the form of a table without omission of time periods;
- a passport;
- uni-assist service receipt;
- rarely motivation letter, letter of recommendation, TestAS, GMAT, etc.

Please note that all documents must be in the form of certified copies. Uni-assist disposes of documents after the deadline for each semester.
The process of preparing documents, and in particular translation and certification, can take a lot of time, so we advise you to start early.
