Uni-assist is a non-profit organization that processes documents of foreign applicants and forwards their applications to universities. It has been operating since 2003.

You can find out whether you need uni-assist on the websites of the selected institutions in the information for international applicants section. If you see that a university works through uni-assist, do not even try to send your application directly to the university. Your application will not be considered.

Although the organization is non-profit, the prices for its services are quite high. They claim that the fees correspond to the real costs of processing documents.

Fee amount:
75€ for the first university
35€ for each subsequent university / study area

If you have to reapply in the next semester, there are no benefits or discounts. The same 75€ for the first university and 35€ thereafter.

Payment for services is possible by bank transfer or Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

There are good things. It doesn't matter how many universities you have chosen. You only need to send one set of documents to uni-assist. Its composition will depend on the requirements of the selected institutions.

Most often it's:
- educational credentials;
- translations of educational documents;
- certificates proving language skills;
- biography in the form of a table without omission of time periods;
- a passport;
- uni-assist service receipt;
- in rare cases motivation letter, letter of recommendation, TestAS, GMAT and others

Important: all documents must be in the form of certified copies. Uni-assist will dispose of them after the deadline for each semester.
