Enrollment History - Stüdienkolleg

In the first half of November, we were approached by a student planning to apply to the Stüdienkolleg. Her first attempt to attend the entrance exams was back in the summer, but unfortunately Katja did not get her visa in time. For the next semester, Katja decided to change the agency that would support her on her way to admission.

All the documents, including the translation of the diploma and the language certificate, were prepared, but another variable made our task more difficult: the visa application was still at the consulate and in order not to have to re-submit it, we needed to send a fresh invitation letter before December 1😱 just a reminder, it's November 11 on the calendar!

✅ We received the first invitation already on November 13th
✅ The second is November 28th

...but all the exams on these invitations were a month later than the start of the admission campaign. We had already sent one of the invitations, but the very next day we received the coveted invitation to the earliest exam.

📌 On November 29, we sent out another invitation
👉 On December 9, the consulate clarified the desired visa start date
👉 The visa was approved on December 20
👉 On December 25, the courier service delivered the passport with the visa pasted on it

At the first entrance exam at the end of January Katya showed a high result and was admitted to the W-course (economic and social-scientific direction). Congratulations to Katya on her enrollment and we wish her great success in her studies!
