About 160 German universities cooperate with uni-assist. This means that most international students have to apply to university using the services of uni-assist.
- The fee is 75€ for the first application and 30€ for each subsequent application in the same semester, regardless of whether you apply all at once or separately.
- Processing times range from one day to eight-plus weeks, depending on the campaign period and your country.
- The uni-assist application deadline coincides with the university deadline. The university's recommendation to submit applications 6-8 weeks in advance is necessary so that students have time to correct their applications or upload documents before the deadline.
- uni-assist does not send VPDs to the university, only direct applications.
- After the application is paid and before it is checked, you can upload and delete documents.
- If your application has been verified but you need to replace the document, simply upload a new one.
