Our student got her visa the other day! Initial data: 27 years old, completed bachelor's degree, German B1 level, but without official certificate.
We started our work back in October: we chose schoolWe have prepared a package of documents, including motivation letterand we waited for the feed to open and then we waited.
In March, a letter arrived from the visa department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs requesting to expand the blockchain up to 12 months and provide a language certificate.
Challenges:
1. the nearest test center was 500 km away, and the exam was only a month away. The visa office did not take the certificate of completion of the course seriously.
2. The passport under consideration has been valid for less than a year. In addition, visas for isolated language courses cannot be obtained for longer than the duration of the course itself.
Our solutions:
We promptly wrote a reasoned letter. The same day we received a reply: the blockcheck could only be extended to 9 months, and the visa department agreed to accept our decision instead of the certificate. Later, we had to agree to postpone the deadline, which also went smoothly.
Result:
Two weeks after sending the updated documents (taking into account the Easter holidays), the visa was in hand!
