Documents in languages other than German or English must be translated for university and visa applications.
1. In Germany, the certified translation is carried out by a sworn translator.

There is usually not much time between receiving your diploma and the deadline for applying to universities. Therefore, you will have to send your documents by express mail. Each package costs 30 to 50 euros to send. And there will be several of them. Because it is risky to apply only to one university or only through Uniassit. Therefore, multiply the cost by the number of shipments.

Some universities will reply to your home address, provided you have a prepaid envelope. The fate of this reply after crossing the border is vague, as it depends entirely on the diligence and responsibility of Russian postal workers. This is not the only problem. Some universities send letters only to an address in Germany. What to do if you have no German friends or relatives?
